Please contact me to check compatibility with your tape machine.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This remote controller can also be wired directly to Pioneer RT-909 and similar tape machines or cassette decks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It connects to your tape recorder or cassette deck via &#8220;Remote Controller&#8221; input connector located at the back of the tape recorder. It emulates the old, wired-type remote controllers for Technics, Akai, Sony, Teac \/ Tascam, etc. However, it uses wireless, Bluetooth technology as a link between the remote and the receiver. This means that the receiver does not require direct line of sight of the remote and can be located behind the tape recorder. You could even control your tape recorder from another room if you wish!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wiring the receiver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The flat &#8220;ribbon&#8221; cable from the receiver should be plugged in to the remote controller socket on the back of the tape recorder. It can be connected to many different makes and models of tape recorders and cassette decks, not only those listed above. Please <a href=\"mailto: audio@mpfisher.com?subject=BTRemote_Help\">contact me<\/a> to check the compatibility with your tape recorder or cassette deck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>As a side note: there are dedicated plugs still available however, these are very expensive &#8211; approximately 40USD per piece. Very well designed, with neatly laid oud and easy to read buttons. This is to prevent accidental erasure of the tape.
